In store service was great but they told us they didn't need the phones from our other provider turned in so we won't get our switcher gift cards. Really disappointed in that they didn't tell us that at the time and instead were more interested in getting a sale it feels like now. Will only be going to actual us cellular stores going forward.
I worked with Rhianna and Jason, let me just say, "they are simply the best"! I left the store more informed and with a smile on face 🙂 ...Can't beat that!!!
Emily was very helpful. Took the time to explain my new phone very well, she knows her stuff. She was happy to help me even though she was stuck working on a Sunday.
Emily was amazing! Very professional and courteous, took great care of me AND my phone! 🙂 even tho it was dead, she did her best revive it. The fact that she tried speaks volumes for her great customer service care!

Upon checking in with a computer, we learned we were behind 8 other people who had been waiting for 1+ hour. We patiently waited in line, thinking it couldn't take much longer. The frustrating thing was how long the employees took with each customer - it was like they were extra slow. And, never once did they acknowledge those waiting. At 15 minutes before closing, we were the last ones and ready to be served. Instead of the next salesperson helping us, he clocked out and left! We are beyond disappointed in the service and will much rather drive a further distance next time for a different location.
Really great working with Dale at the Baraboo store. He really takes the time to make sure that everything is covered and working well. Customer service is king and he is someone that really gets it!
Stopped in at the Baraboo Store and had great service from a guy named Ashton. He was kind and courteous even in the face of my utter lack of patience. He never cracked. He was like a rock against the rising tide. Ncie work!
